Our precision drilling process ensures accurate holes and fine details in every casting. With advanced tools and skilled handling, we maintain perfect alignment, consistency, and high-quality results across all components.

During Valve Seat and Valve Guide operations, special attention is given to ensuring the accuracy of the Valve Guide bore and minimizing the runout of the Valve Seat relative to the Valve Guide bore. We also focus on maintaining precise Valve Seat bore dimensions. This ensures that both the Valve Seat and Valve Guide are machined with maximum accuracy, minimal runout, and an excellent surface finish.

Every component goes through a detailed finishing process after machining to remove impurities and achieve a clean, smooth surface. This step ensures a perfect look, precise fit, and high-quality final product ready for delivery.
